Crystal Rain

This transparent crystal grand piano floats upon a water while droplets of light rain descend upon the surrounding space.
Each note sparkles as droplets of light rain rise up amidst the space intermingling with the piano’s performance.
When the piano is silent, light rain showers at random.
The intensity of the rising light is affected by the rhythm, intonation, and strength of the piano performance.
We developed this LED lighting system to express the image of delicate rain.
The undulating waves of white surface of water combined with the LED lighting and acrylic bars produce a transparent reflecting light effect the further contributes to the delicate and luminous glow.
